Do you take insurance?

At Ease Chiropractic is a cash based practice. Not billing insurance allows us (not the insurance company) to determine the most personalized and unique care plan for the patient and their circumstances. At Ease offers many different payment options and plans to meet everyone's needs. These plans are often times less than what you would pay with insurance.

How often should I get adjusted?

Why do I need to see a chiropractor? I'm not in pain.

Good! I'm glad you're not in pain! However, pain does not always manifest until long after a problem has taken hold. A chiropractor is highly trained in assessing the biomechanics of your spine and joints to ensure everything is moving properly. When things aren't moving properly, over time, degeneration or inflammation can occur, causing localized or referred pain, and by that point it's going to take some very focused treatments and muscle retraining to get you out of pain and functioning properly. Remember, prevention is key!

It's important to remember that everyone is different and has different needs. Based on your lifestyle, the stress you put on your body, how active you are, etc. can play a major factor in the frequency of you getting adjusted. I usually recommend a frequency of care that allows you to do what you love most without pain or injury.

Does it hurt? What if I don't like the sound of popping?

There are many different techniques that allow an adjustment to occur. "Popping" and "clicking" are not necessary for an adjustment to work. Though many patients enjoy the manual adjustments that provide the "popping" some prefer more gentle techniques like drops or activator. Both are highly effective and get the job done.
